Draw a Single Mother

To perform the most simple and very basic reading, close your eyes as you hold a question in your mind whilst shuffling the deck. Then cut the deck three times. Cutting the deck is a simple process of splitting the deck into two by lifting a random number of cards from the top and then placing them beneath the other cards. The top card is the essence of the situation in question. Explore its meaning.

Draw Four Mothers

To perform a very basic reading, close your eyes as you hold a question in your mind whilst shuffling the deck. Then cut the deck three times. Now lay out the top four cards from right to left and  you might see something like the spread shown below.

The first card (on the right) represents the question and what your vision is in relation to it. The second card relates to what you want in relation to your question; the third card represents what you feel about the question, and the fourth card (on the left) relates to the outcome or what you will have in relation to the question.
